Panel discussion/National cycling strategies (11.45-12.30)

The final plenary session will deal with the updating of the National Cycling Plan. The focus will be on the opportunities and possibilities offered by the new strategic plan. The discussion will focus on the concrete example of four European cycling plans, whose representatives will present their different approaches and share their experiences and objectives.
